BY USING EIKO, YOU AGREE TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APP.
Age Restriction
Eiko is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information You Provide
When you use Eiko, we may collect the following personal information that you voluntarily provide:
- Account Information: Username, email address, and any profile information you choose to provide.
- User-Generated Content (UGC): Posts, images, videos, comments, tags, descriptions, and other content you create or upload to the App.
- Communications: Messages, feedback, and any other communications you send through the App, including chat messages and voice recordings.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you use Eiko, we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the App:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information.
- Usage Data: Pages or features accessed, time spent on pages, interactions with content, crash reports, and performance data.
- Storage Information: We store certain data locally on your device, including user preferences, chat history, and cached content.
1.3 Camera and Microphone Access
Eiko may request access to your device's camera and microphone for the following purposes:
- Camera: To allow you to capture and upload photos or videos as part of your user-generated content, and to enable video chat features.
- Microphone: To enable voice recording for chat messages and to facilitate video chat functionality.
You can manage these permissions through your device settings at any time. Denying these permissions will limit certain features of the App.
1.4 Photo Library Access
With your permission, Eiko may access your device's photo library to allow you to select and upload images or videos to share within the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain the App: Process and display your user-generated content, enable chat and social features, and maintain app functionality.
- To Improve User Experience: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features, fix bugs, and optimize performance.
- To Enforce Our Policies: Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with our Community Guidelines and End User License Agreement (EULA).
- To Communicate With You: Respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and send important updates about the App.
- To Ensure Safety and Security: Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraudulent activity, and violations of our terms.
- To Comply With Legal Obligations: Respond to legal requests and prevent harm as required by applicable law.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
3.1 Content You Share
Eiko allows you to create, upload, and share various forms of content, including but not limited to:
- Text posts and descriptions
- Images and photographs
- Videos
- Comments and interactions
- Chat messages and voice recordings
- Tags and metadata
By sharing content on Eiko, you acknowledge that other users may view, interact with, and respond to your content.
3.2 Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of any content you post to Eiko. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
3.3 Prohibited Content - Zero Tolerance Policy
Eiko maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. The following types of content are explicitly prohibited on our platform:
- Adult/Sexual Content: Any pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, or sexually suggestive content, including but not limited to images, videos, or text that depicts or describes sexual acts, nudity, or sexual services.
- Disturbing/Offensive Content: Content that is intentionally shocking, disgusting, graphic, violent, or designed to cause distress or discomfort to viewers.
- Gambling: Content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages gambling, betting, casinos, lottery services, or any form of real-money gaming.
- Drugs and Controlled Substances: Content that promotes, glorifies, facilitates, or provides information about illegal drugs, drug use, drug trafficking, or the misuse of prescription medications or alcohol.
- Political Content: Content that promotes specific political parties, candidates, ideologies, or engages in political activism, propaganda, or attempts to influence political opinions.
- Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
- Violence and Threats: Content that depicts, glorifies, or encourages violence, self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or threatens harm to any person or group.
- Harassment and Bullying: Content that harasses, intimidates, bullies, or targets individuals with unwanted or malicious intent.
- Misinformation: Deliberately false or misleading content that could cause harm, including health misinformation, conspiracy theories, or deceptive practices.
- Illegal Activities: Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities of any kind.
- Intellectual Property Violations: Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
- Spam and Manipulation: Repetitive content, spam, scams, phishing attempts, or content designed to manipulate app features or other users.
3.4 Content Moderation and Enforcement
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates this Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, or our End User License Agreement (EULA). This includes:
- Immediate removal of prohibited content
- Suspension or termination of user accounts that violate our policies
- Reporting illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Implementing technical measures to prevent repeat violations
Users who repeatedly post prohibited content or engage in harmful behavior will be permanently banned from the App.
3.5 User Reporting
We encourage users to report content or behavior that violates our policies. You can report content through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us at help@eikoguru.com. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
3.6 Content Storage
User-generated content is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain centralized servers for storing user content. However, content shared with other users may be cached on their devices according to normal app functionality.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
4.1 Information We Do Not Share
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
4.2 When We May Share Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Other Users: Content you choose to post or share publicly within the App will be visible to other users.

6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with the App's services and to comply with our legal obligations:
- Account Information: Stored locally on your device until you delete your account or uninstall the App.
- User-Generated Content: Stored locally until you manually delete it or delete your account.
- Chat History: Stored locally on your device and can be deleted through the App settings or by deleting your account.
- Violation Records: Information related to policy violations may be retained to prevent repeat offenses and for legal compliance.
When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information stored locally on your device. However, content you have shared with other users may remain on their devices.
7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You can access your personal information through your account settings.
- Correction: You can update or correct your personal information through the App.
- Deletion: You can delete your account and associated data through the App settings.

You can manage app permissions (camera, microphone, photo library) through your device settings. Please note that revoking certain permissions may limit app functionality.

9. End User License Agreement (EULA) Acceptance
By using Eiko, you agree to our End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your use of the App. The EULA includes important terms regarding:

- Intellectual property rights
- Prohibited activities
- Account termination
- Disclaimers and limitations of liability
Zero Tolerance for Policy Violations
Our EULA explicitly prohibits offensive content and misuse of the App. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Users who post prohibited content as outlined in Section 3.3
- Users who engage in harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
- Users who attempt to circumvent our content moderation systems
- Users who create multiple accounts after being banned
- Users who violate the rights of others
Violation of our EULA will result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice. We reserve the right to take legal action against users who engage in illegal activities.
10. Children's Privacy
Eiko is NOT intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 18 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at help@eikoguru.com.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Eiko may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by us. This Privacy Policy applies only to Eiko. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites or services.

BY USING EIKO, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
You specifically acknowledge and agree that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have read and understood our prohibited content policy
- You will not post or share any prohibited content as outlined in Section 3.3
- You understand that violations will result in immediate account termination
- You accept our End User License Agreement (EULA)
- You consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in this policy
